These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and access to The Persuasive Communication Toolkit (“Toolkit”) offered by Free Your English. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our Website Terms and Conditions.
All Toolkit materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes and do not constitute personalised advice or therapy.
1. Product Description
1.1 The Toolkit is a self-paced digital product consisting of:
Four short video lessons
A downloadable workbook
Access to a custom GPT chatbot for practice
Lifetime access to a private Facebook group (The Public Speaking Studio)
1.2 You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to ChatGPT (free or paid) to use all Toolkit features.
2. Access and Delivery
2.1 Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access via the email address provided during checkout. Instructions will be provided to access all components.
2.2 Lifetime access refers to the duration the Toolkit remains available and maintained by Free Your English. We reserve the right to retire the product with at least 30 days’ notice.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 The Toolkit is available for a one-time fee of £33. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
3.2 All payments are processed via a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 As this is a digital product with immediate access to downloadable content, no refunds are provided except as required under UK consumer law.
4.2 Please review the product description carefully before purchase and email any questions to sarah@freeyourenglish.com.
4.3 If a refund is issued under applicable law, it will be made using your original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All Toolkit content is the intellectual property of Free Your English and is provided under a single-user, non-transferable, non-commercial licence.
5.2 You may not share, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Toolkit without express written permission.
6. User Responsibility
6.1 You are responsible for applying the materials and using the Toolkit ethically and lawfully.
6.2 We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Toolkit is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Toolkit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
